Overview

Lake Washington Digital ("LWD," "we," "us") operates lakewashingtondigital.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or purchase a product, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep this simple because we don't do anything unusual with your data.

Information We Collect

Purchase information. When you buy a kit, Stripe collects your payment details and billing information. We receive your email address and the kit purchased — that is all we store on our end.

Email address. Your email is stored when you complete a purchase. We use it to send your download link and, if you request it, a link to your customer library at /account. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.

Usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymised, aggregated traffic data (pages visited, referrers, approximate geography). No cookies are set. No individual users are tracked. No data is sold to advertisers.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used for three purposes only: delivering your purchase, providing access to your customer library, and responding to support requests you initiate. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Stripe processes all payments. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored by LWD. See stripe.com/privacy.

Resend delivers transactional emails (download links, library access). See resend.com/privacy.

Supabase stores order records and download tokens on our behalf. See supabase.com/privacy.

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides anonymised analytics. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies

This site does not set any tracking or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection purposes. No analytics cookies are used.

Data Retention

Order records and associated email addresses are retained for accounting and support purposes. Download tokens expire after use. Customer library access tokens expire after 24 hours. If you would like your data removed, contact us and we will action it promptly.

Your Rights
